The first written mention of vineyards is from 1361, when Vichna, widow of Přibyslav from Bořetice inherited including winery in Kraví hora. The oldest viniferous lines were lying north of the village in the hillsides facing south. Lines were separated from the village by lake and pond. To ovoid transfer grapes into the village downstream were dug cellars for wine under vineyards in Kraví hory. At the same time cellars served as a shelter for residents and their property in time of war.
Today, in this locality far away 1 km from village, are concentrated in parts Hlinínky, Kraví hora and Zahraničí about 260 cellars and create second wine-village. Names of wine lines survived unchanged from the Middle Ages and have been always Czech: Lower and Upper Kraví hora, Hora nad louky, Hora Bočky, Hora Dlouhý, Novosády.
Free Republic Kraví hora together with village Bořetice belongs to wine district Velké Pavlovice. This area is formed by a number of first-class vineyard hills. Wine lines spread on the southern and southwestern hillsides are protected from north winds. Excellent conditions are here for all blue grape varieties, among them exceed Frankovka and Portugal modrý. The history of these varieties cultivating dates back to 15th century. As lately as in the 20th century were added varieties of Svatovavřinecké, Zweigeltrebe and André. From white varieties excel in particular Veltlínské zelené, from higher positions Neugurger, Ryzlink vlasšký and Tramín.
